James Feldner was the Supervising Technician of the FS9-81X Firestarter that started in 3074 in the Defiance Industries' facility of Kwangjong-ni.[1]

Prior to working for Defiance Industries, he worked for StarCorps Industries.
He was the brain child of the FS9-81X Firestarter, and was his first porject in Defiance after leaving StarCorps.[1]
