James Kelley was the commanding officer of the Second Battalion of the Second Galedon Regulars as of 3059.[1]

History[edit]

Chu-sa Kelley, serving with the Second Galedon Regulars, was stationed on Braunton in 3059.[2] Kelly had become reliant on the tactical brilliance of his Third Company's commander Tai-i Yoshi Noketsune and it was expected that he would soon promote his subordinate to the rank of sho-sa.[1]
