James Roshak was a Bloodnamed warrior and commanding officer of Clan Jade Falcon's Second Falcon Jaegers as of 3087.[1]

Star Colonel James commanded the Second Falcon Jaegers during the attempted invasion of Zhongshan in 3087. While fighting against the Thirteenth Wolf Guards and its mercenary and militia support, James' forces notably fielded the first two Eyrie BattleMechs to be utilized in a combat scenario. The new 'Mechs proved themselves to be extremely effective by decimating a platoon of militia armor before eliminating a hostile Pack Hunter and a Wolfhound in close quarters. While James' forces ultimately proved incapable of taking Zhongshan, the performance of his Eyries guaranteed the machine's proliferation through the rest of Clan Jade Falcon's touman.[1][2]
