James Stiles was a member of the Eridani Light Horse's Seventy-first Light Horse Regiment during the Jihad.[1]
History[edit]
Sergeant Stiles and his crew mate Sergeant Roger Hepner had both grown up in the Eridani Light Horse and were direct descendants of unit members who had refused to leave the Inner Sphere during Aleksandr Kerensky's exodus. While both tankers had very different views of the world and constantly shared friendly arguments, in combat they were renowned for operating as one. Since the Seventy-first Light Horse's arrival on Huntress, Stiles and Hepner had helped to win several trials against Clan Goliath Scorpion, although in doing so their vehicle was badly damaged.[1]
