Chu-sa Richardson, serving as executive officer to Tai-sa Basia Bryant, was stationed on Gravenhage in 3059.[2] By 3067, Richardson was promoted to the rank of tai-sa and commanded the Tenth Regulars in a split deployment to Gravenhage, Nowhere, and Bjarred.[1]
