Jan Prowell was a Sang-wei in the Second Liao Guards.[1]
History[edit]
Born on Hsien, Prowell joined the Republic Armed Forces where he gained some fame contributing to LinkNet's Tech Watch and a comprehensive database of Dark Age combat units. Despite his time in the RAF, his strong familial ties to the Confederation, specifically Sian, caused him to celebrate the return of Hsien. For this loyalty he was given command of a Second Liao Guards company which had proven effective against Free Worlds League raids.[1]
