Jas Unger was the commanding officer of the Fifth Lyran Guards Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Unger, serving with the Fifth Lyran Guards as the aide to Leftenant General Karen Walden, was stationed on Markab in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Colonel Unger was given command of the Fifth Lyran's Infantry Brigade and was stationed on Marlette by 3067.[1]
