Jeanette Naval Yards produced submarine vehicles for the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery. Their specialization in naval vehicles had created an expert workforce. Production of the Triton had created some internal conflict for most of the inhabitants of Jeanette, who had to reconcile their Buddhist beliefs with weapon production.[1]
