Jebediah "Surefire" Cooper was a notable aerospace pilot in the Cumberland's Missiliers mercenary command during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
In March 3145, the Capellan Confederation's Fourth McCarron's Armored Cavalry Regiment invaded Cumberland and quickly negated much of the Cumberland's Missilers' forces. Despite the Missiliers' mounting losses, Captain Cooper and his wingman made numerous attack runs against the Fourth Cavalry's staging areas and destroyed a significant amount of troops and supplies. When the entirety of the Fourth MAC's Eclipse Wing diverted their attention to downing Cooper and his comrade, the remainder of the Missiliers used the opportunity to evacuate their families and more than one hundred of Cumberland's officials. While both Cooper and his wingman were shot down before they could join the Missiliers on Wernke, he survived the destruction of his fighter and continued to lead a resistance cell on occupied Cumberland.[1][2]
