Jeffrey Morgan was the commanding officer of the 13th Stalking Horse in 3067.

He was known for his use of unorthodox tactics and is a close friendship to the commander of the Wild Geese.
In February 3068, while on Galatea, he confirmed that with Wolf's Dragoons in shambles and no news of the Northwind Highlanders, the AMC was in standby mode. He also confirmed that the AMC was at that moment under the command of Brigadier Alisande Faulkner of the Wild Geese and that contracts with current AMC member commands were still considered valid and would be honored.[1]
