Jennifer West was the commanding officer of the Thirteenth Sun Zhang Aerospace Wing of the Thirteenth Sun Zhang Cadre as of 3059.[1]

Sho-sa West, serving with the Thirteenth Sun Zhang Cadre, was stationed on Luthien in 3059.[2] Following the First Combine-Dominion War, West retained command of the Thirteenth Wing and was stationed on Komephoros by 3067.[3]
