Jerome Fuentes was the commanding officer of the Second Periphery Watchers Regiment of the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery as of 3059.[1]

Tai-sa Fuentes, serving with the Seventh Pesht Regulars, was stationed on Land's End in 3059.[1] Following the Seventh Regulars' departure from Land's End, Fuentes and the Second Watchers remained on the world alongside the Sixth Pesht Regulars by 3067.[2]
