Jerome Ling was the commanding officer of the Red Lancers BattleMech Regiment in 3074.[1]

Former Career[edit]
It is implied that Ling was a senior officer of the Death Commandos prior his assignment to the Red Lancers.[2]
Command[edit]
Ling would be promoted to Sang-shao and given command of the Red Lancers sometime upon the death of An Shennu, the units previous commanding officer, in September 3070.[2]
Death[edit]
Sang-shao Ling was killed during the defense of Sian from the Word of Blake, when he and his unit were ambushed at the Sian Center for Martial Disciplines.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Jerome Ling piloted a medium Hermes II BattleMech.[1]
