Jerome Marks was the name of an alleged member of Light of Mankind and ally of Katherine Steiner-Davion. All information on him, even his very existence, is questionable.[1]

According to an HPG transmission sent to INN reporter Sandra Raines, Marks was an agent of the Word of Blake ROM's elite special forces unit, Light of Mankind. The message claims Marks is regarded within the organization as a strategic genius and commands great respect and deference from his fellow Blakists. The report claims Marks operates under the code-named "The Executioner."[1]
The anonymous source also claims that Marks worked closely with the oldest Steiner-Davion daughter not only to engineer the death of her mother Melissa, but also her father Hanse and brother Arthur. Furthermore, it is alleged that Marks was injured in an unspecified explosion and required significant cybernetic augmentations to keep him alive. These mechanical prosthesis, it is suggested, also damaged his mind, leaving him to invent new high-tech equipment while locked away.[1]
