Jesse was a Clan Wolf Elemental who served during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Point Commander Jesse served in the Alpha Second Nova of Supernova Second within the 341st Assault Cluster, under Star Colonel Ramon Sender.[1]
Jesse was wounded during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
