MechWarrior Jewels Ferrel was a MechWarrior, with the Star League Defense Force's Royal Black Watch Regiment, as of 2766.[1]

A member of the elite personal bodyguard unit of the First Lord of the Star League, Ferrel was a graduate from the League's prestigious Gunslinger Program.
During the Amaris Civil War, on 27 December 2766, Ferrel was one of the survivors of the initial ambush ordered by Stefan Amaris which destroyed most of Richard Cameron's protectors. Rallying with Colonel Hanni Schmitt, Ferrel was one of nine members of the Black Watch who made their last stand on Terra's Gorst Flats, against forward elements of the Fourth Amaris Dragoons. Creating a meat grinder which caused severe losses to the Dragoons despite being heavily outnumbered, the Black Watch were finally overcome by tactical Nuclear Weapons ordered to be launched by Stefan Amaris.[1]
