Jianjun Mitchell was a company commander in the Fourth Confederation Reserve Cavalry during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Sang-wei Mitchell was known throughout the Fourth Confederation Reserve Cavalry for his inability to back down from a fight and for his resilience. Mitchell lead multiple defensive operations meant to discourage the Federated Suns from striking into the Capellan Confederation's New Syrtis salient and survived three separate headhunter attacks by the Seventh Syrtis Fusiliers. Each assassination attempt dealt Mitchell hideous scars, which he used as an opportunity to remind others of his loyalty to House Liao.[1]

Sang-wei Jianjun Mitchell piloted a Vandal OmniMech, which notably had to have its cockpit replaced twice following failed headhunter attacks.[1]
