Master Banner Foley was the commanding officer of the Chatelain Boarders, the marine contingent of the flagship of the Second Andurien Guards' Escort Group Three. Serving under Captain Daniel Gallery, Foley's marines provided effective service for the Chatelain between the years of 3138 and 3145 by successfully boarding and capturing six hostile vessels during that period.[1]
