Johnny Dyk was a MechWarrior in the Winfield's Regiment mercenary unit.[1]
History[edit]
Born to descendants from the Lyran Commonwealth, Johnny Dyk is best known for his brash personality and aggressive close-combat fighting style, opting for reconnaissance and headhunting missions. Dyk has come to realize that he needs to get his ego under control, having put fellow warriors in significant danger on more than several occasions.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Johnny Dyk pilots a Charger C BattleMech which he mysteriously acquired during a a two-week leave from the unit, returning battered and bruised but clutching a bill of purchase for his new 'Mech and wearing a self-satified smile. With Dyk remaining silent when questioned, rumors swirl within Winfield's Regiment, with most assuming he either stole it or gambled and won it.[1]
