Demi-Precentor Johnny Ruth rose to command the Com Guard Thirty-first Division between 3052 and 3055.[1][2]

He took command of the Thirty-first after Daniel Mueller's elevation to command of the Sixth Army. Ruth suffered heavy guilt for the atrocities committed during Tukayyid, he resigned shortly after the Sixth Army's transfer to the Draconis Combine.[1][2]
