History[edit]
In 3012, Jonathan Pelley started a fight with Wolf's Dragoons members on leave on Bithinia in a local bar. He was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct, destruction of public property and the illegal discharge of a firearm from the resulting brawl.[1]
