Joseph Chand was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Third Raven Auxiliaries Cluster of Clan Snow Raven's Gamma Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

History[edit]

Star Colonel Joseph, serving with the Third Raven Auxiliaries, was stationed in the Brim system in 3061.[2] By 3067, Joseph retained command of the Third Auxiliaries and was still stationed on Brim.[3]
