Joseph Martinez

Joseph Martinez was the aide to the commanding officer of the Coventry Operations Area's Santana Command as of 3050.^[1]

Kommandant Martinez, serving under Leftenant General John Necker, was executive officer of the Donegal March's Santana Command in 3050.^[1] Following the Clan Invasion and the Santana Command's reassignment to the Tamar March, Martinez continued to serve as Necker's second-in-command by 3054.^[2]
