History[edit]
Joshua Simmons was a MechWarrior affiliated with the Huntsmen Stables who participated in the 3135 Grand Tournament.
Joshua Simmons had passed the first round and was matched in the second one against Violet de Mornay. The fight was a grueling and hard-fought duel, ending when Joshua Simmons decapitated Violet's Nova Cat. That was the first death of the Grand Tournament.
In his Quarterfinals match, he was paired with Trisha Swanson. It was a close-run fight, but Trisha used her Scourge superior speed to evade fire and leap around Joshua's Mangonel. Unfortunately for him, Trisha's pinpoint accuracy allowed her to pick away at Simmons' legs, eventually toppling him.[1]
