Judith Barone was the commander of the IX Legion mercenary unit.[1]
History[edit]
Judith Barone led the IX Legion, then employed by the Capellan Confederation, during Operation CLARITY in 3150. The events of the battle soured Barone on continued Capellan employ, allowing their contract to lapse and setting off for Galatea in search of better options.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Judith Barone would pilot a Masakari, one of the last few fully operational examples in the Inner Sphere immediately prior to the ilClan era. Affectionately called "The Man with Pants" for the checkered pattern on its legs, Barone's 'Mech is an impressive sight when leading the IX Legion into battle.[1]
