Hauptmann-General Judith Kelly was the commanding officer of the Second Royal Guards, with the Lyran Commonwealth, from at least 3145 until she was relived due to illness in 3148.[1][2]
History[edit]
Kelly, with the Second Royal Guards, was based on Tharkad as of 3145.[1] She was however replaced as commander of the Second Royal Guards in early 3148, and replaced by General of the Armies Roderick Steiner, after she was diagnosed with a serious cancer.[2]
