Kaiser Systems was a weapons manufacturer located in the Lyran Commonwealth.
Overview[edit]
Kaiser Systems began testing the Scourge BattleMech in 3132. Samantha "Rawhide" Holcomb's valiant defense of their factory complex on Herzberg in 3134, piloting a prototype SCG-WF1 Scourge against an Eighth Free Worlds Guards raid, convinced company executives the 'Mech was worth continued development.[1] Still, Kaiser Systems was not widely known until the Scourge started showing up around the Inner Sphere in 3136.[2] Shortly after, the company would develop a new BattleMech with some parts from the Scourge prototype and name it Rawhide in honor of Samantha Holcomb.[3]
A public notice for Arcturan Arms Outlet on Kandersteg, dated 8 January 3152, offered low-interest financing on purchases of Kaiser Systems BattleMechs.[4]
