Star League Era[edit]

During the Star League era Kanata was the provincial capital of the Duchy of Andurien within the Free Worlds League. In the mid-twenty-eighth century the Free Worlds League Military was experiencing levels of recruiting unprecedented since the Third Andurien War, and as a consequence the Dormuth Council opened a number of new military schools including three of significant size - one of which, the Humphreys School of Warfare, was located on Kanata and opened in 2762 or late 2761.[16]

Dark Age[edit]

Kanata endured as an independent world from the collapse of the Free Worlds League until March 3148, when it was one of eleven unaligned worlds annexed by the Duchy of Andurien.[12]
