Karl Marcus Goessel was the commanding officer of the Twenty-third Arcturan Guards Aerospace Brigade as of 3062.[2]

Commodore Goessel, serving with the Twenty-third Arcturan Guards, was stationed on A Place in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Goessel's rank was changed to Kaptain and he remained with the Twenty-third Guards on Graus by 3067.[1]
