Karl Karter was a officer in the Com Guards, eventually rising to command the 308th Division.

Post-Tukayyid[edit]
Karter took command of the 308th after the Battle of Tukayyid. Undertaking the long process of rebuilding the shattered division, he had nursed the unit back to full strength after five years.[1]
Defense of Maldonado[edit]
Karter died during the Clan Smoke Jaguar raid on Maldonado.[2][3]
