Leftenant Colonel Karner was an officer in the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth in the middle of the 31st century.

History

Karner was the aide to Marshal Ann Adelmana, commander of the Davion Heavy Guards, on New Avalon in March 3059. Karner played a part in helping plan a part of Operation BIRD DOG as the Davion Heavy Guards would provide volunteers for the operation on the world of Asgard.
