Katherine Gral was the leader of planetary government of Kittery, in the Federated Suns, as of 3025.

History

As Military Governor of Kittery, as of 3025 Gral was unable to focus on potential attacks by the Capellan Confederation, due to a vicious guerilla campaign being waged against the Davion government by a pro-Capellan terrorist organization known as the Kittery Tong. This kept Gral worrying day to day, over reports of Tong attacks, and troop losses due to the world's native jungle predators.
