Major Keith Thomas was, as of 3134, a legal officer in Hansen's Roughriders.[1]

Keith Thomas was the descendant of a past Roughriders member.[1]
In May 3134, Thomas was tasked with examining the terms of the Roughriders' active contract on Alkalurops, in the wake of the alleged murders of the planet's governor and legate right as the mercenaries raided it. Thomas found that there was a lack of legal precedent around such issues, as well as a lack of precedent around vague, employer-friendly language in the contract's fine print. These made going to court to escape the contract too risky to try.[1]
