Kenders Kincaid was a Federated Suns noble, and noble ruler of the worlds of Bremond and Brundage, as of 3025.[1]

Shortly before 3025, a massive population influx occurred on the water-poor world Brundage, due to rumors of lostech caches hidden in its mountains. This increased population overtaxed the worlds limited agriculture, causing Duke Kincaid to appeal to the Federated Suns' Ministry of Emergency Services, for urgent food aid.[1]
While the resulting famine decimated the planet, Duke Kincaid was able to turn it to his world's long-term advantage, using the sympathy created to milk significant development aid from the Ministry, charities within the Suns and the Federated Commonwealth alliance. This allowed the construction of road tunnels, hydropower dams, light industry and new schools, which enabled the formerly backwards Brundage to almost reach the Federated Suns' average standards of living.[2]
