Colonel Koppel, commanding the Ninth Illician Rangers under contract with the Federated Commonwealth, was stationed on Immenstadt in 3054.[2] By 3085, Koppel was commander of the Twenty-first Illician Rangers under contract with the Federated Suns and was stationed on Montour.[1]
