Kimmochi Okinora was the commanding officer of the Eleventh Midway Phantoms Aerospace Company of the Third Night Stalkers as of 3059.

History

Chu-i Okinora, serving with the Third Night Stalkers, was stationed on Xinyang in 3059. Most of the pilots under Okinora's command considered him to be incapable of properly leading the unit due to his age, leading to a resentment that left the rest of the Third Stalkers unwilling to rely on their aerospace assets.
