Kirby Pethan was the commanding officer of the Forty-second Avalon Hussars' Armor Brigade as of 3062.[2]

Leutnant-General Pethan, serving with the Forty-second Avalon Hussars, was stationed on Poulsbo in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Pethan was promoted to major general and relocated to Mayetta by 3067.[1]
