Kotori Nostra was a local liaison, and IndustrialMech pilot, who assisted the Outworlds Alliance aligned Thermo Police, as of 3058.[1][2]

Early Life[edit]
The son of Clan Nova Cat Freeborns, who were inserted in the Spinward Periphery during the late thirtieth-century Clan reconnaissance mission Intelser, Kotori's parents abandoned their intelligence mission based on the dearth of civilization they witnessed in the Outworlds Wastes. Adopting a small community, and seeking to ready them for the coming of the Clans, Kotori was taught a survivalist mindset by his parents from a young age and had extremely well-honed wilderness skills.[1]
Themo Police[edit]
Never an official member of the Thermo Police, during the Clan Invasion Era Kotori because their local liaison, acting as a scout and ambassador when they encountered new previously out of contact periphery communities. In this role, he exhibited excellent intelligence gathering skills, as well as being able to provide local communities with the guidance on food gathering, water purification, and shelter construction.[1][2]

Nostra was known to have piloted a CTL-3R2 CattleMaster IndustrialMech.[2]
