Kristophe Ovtcharov was a technician, who worked for Laryutin Design Bureau on Tikonov, as of 2472.[1]
History[edit]
Ovtcharov was the supervising technician, on the Laryutin Design Bureau's Weapon-Armed 'Mech-Alpha project, which created the Capellan Confederation's first BattleMech the Firebee. Working on Tikonov under orders from Chancellor Jasmine Liao, Ovtcharov and his team produced a series of prototypes under the names WAM-A and WAM-B, which later became the FRB-1E Firebee once the final version entered into production.[1]
