Lambda Orionis is a nebula located in the Deep Periphery, approximately 900 lightyears from the Taurian Concordat.[1]

Lambda Orionis was the name given to a nebula located 300 lightyears from the Orion Rift, in the spinward region of the Deep Periphery.[1] The nebula is one astronomical feature that comprises the Dark Expanse, a region noted for the hundreds of failed, destroyed and abandoned colonies that attempted to start there.[2]
