Lawrence Sheppard was the commanding officer of the Sixteenth Legion of Vega as of 3067.[1]

History[edit]

Chu-sa Sheppard, serving as executive officer to Tai-sa Yorishiki Hojo, was stationed on Meilen in 3059.[2][3] Following Operation BULLDOG and the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Sheppard was promoted to tai-sa and was stationed on Oshika by 3067.[1]
