The Lazy Eights were a mercenary unit that was destroyed in the Second Succession War.
History[edit]
The Lazy Eights were a battalion-sized mercenary command formed from elements of the Star League Defense Force Eighth Striker Regiment, an independent regiment within XLVIII Corps, a part of the SLDF Seventeenth Army.[1]
First Succession War[edit]
The Lazy Eights were stationed on Orbisonia in 2786, where the medium-weight unit was at full strength.[3] By the war's end in 2821 they were still the garrison of Orbisonia but were reduced to half-strength.[3]
Second Succession War[edit]
In 2830 the medium-weight unit was stationed on Tecumseh with an operational readiness of 101 percent.[4] The unit was destroyed during the Second Succession War.[4]
