Leon Freeman was a mercenary officer who would join Nik's Cavaliers after his own command was destroyed on Brookeland Prime.[1]
History[edit]
Leon Freeman was part of a lance that was contracted to protect a Star League supply depot that Interstellar Expeditions uncovered at an excavation site on Brookeland Prime. One of his lancemates piloted a BJ-1 Blackjack.[1]
In 3015, the rogue mercenary group Circle of Eight laid claim to the site and sent several waves of armor and airborne units to pillage it, catching the defenders by surprise and inflicting heavy losses. Just as they were about to secure the area and all of Freeman's lancemates were killed, Sebastian Spears sent Jake Mason of Nik's Cavaliers to reinforce the garrison and together they pushed the attackers back. Afterward, Mason invited the now-unitless Freeman to join the Cavaliers.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Leon Freeman was known to pilot a JR7-D Jenner.[1]
Behind the Scenes[edit]
