Liesel Foley was an officer on the First Kestrel Grenadiers during the IlClan Era.[1]
History[edit]
Liesel Foley was severely wounded when a Mauler tore apart her body. Family connections got her to an experimental cybernetic facility on Caph. She was out six months later with an incredible amount of cybernetic prosthetics, most invisible except for mismatched eyes and a prosthetic left arm.[1]
