Subcommander Liu Soon was a Capellan Confederation Armor Commander, of a small urban defense unit, during the Fourth Succession War and the Andurien Crisis.[1]

Soon equipped his entire armor unit with Liao medium laser variant Vedette medium tanks, and trained it constantly to ambush enemy BattleMechs in the close confines of urban landscapes, implementing his firm belief in using all available cover to make any invader pay.[1]
