Liya International is an Chinese-based OEM board game and toy manufacturer utilized by Catalyst Game Labs to produce the plastic BattleTech miniatures for the updated and visually refreshed artwork introduced from 2015 on. Liya additionally receives the locally produced boxes and printed material, packing the completed boxsets, ForcePacks and Salvage Boxes for shipment to CGL.
Liya was heavily involved in both the completed output of both the 2019 Clan Invasion and 2023 Mercenaries Crowdfunding Campaigns. Production delays that negatively impacted completion of the Clan Invasion Crowdfunding Campaign resulted in Liya offering to manufacture the 4" Timber Wolf (Mad Cat) model at its expense to atone.
