Lizzie Stanton was a notable VTOL commander in the First Magistracy Highlanders during the Dark Age Era.[1]

Commander Stanton's VTOL squadron was a considered a critical component of the First Magistracy Highlanders' Infantry Guard, which was demonstrated following a bold raid committed by bandits operating from the former Magistracy of Canopus world of Vixen. The First Magistracy Highlanders launched a reprisal assault and, as the main Highlanders force struck from the front, Stanton's pilots were tasked with flanking around the raiders and destroying their base. While Stanton's VTOLS lacked stealth armor and lost an aircraft in the effort, she delighted in using her pilots' energy weapons to destroy the raiders' supplies, repair bays, food sources, and barracks as revenge.[1]
