Lloyd Reissing was a colonel in the Free Worlds League Military and the commanding officer of the 13th Marik Militia between 3050 and 3067.[1][2][3]

Reissing has been characterized as gentle, quiet, able to create a false sense of security in many people and never having to resort to harsh language due to his mastery of pointed commentary.[2]
