Lorenzo Ghiberti was a Star Captain in Clan Wolf during Operation REVIVAL.[1]
History[edit]
Star Captain Ghiberti was described as a man with strong features, light brown skin, short hair, and dark brown eyes. Technically holding command of the Red Keshik - first under Galaxy Commander Conal Ward, and later under John Ward - Ghiberti was raised in the Diana Minor System sibko that was known for steeping their charges in various Clan religions. Due to his upbringing, Ghiberti saw mystic elements in many things that occurred around him. In his personal life, Ghiberti often consulted various priests and mystics before making any important decision. It was postulated that he was held back from higher command due to his mystic leanings.[1]
Operation REVIVAL[edit]
On the battlefield, Ghiberti managed to make split-second decisions without the need for divination. During Operation REVIVAL, Star Captain Ghiberti saw action at Gustrell, Radstadt, and Vorarlberg, also taking part in attacks against Shaula and Carse as part of a greater action with Delta Galaxy. Ghiberti was not injured in the fighting on Tukayyid, helping his Clan toward their singular triumph over the Com Guards.[1][2][3][4]
BattleMechs[edit]
Lorenzo Ghiberti was a noted Adder C pilot as of 3052.[3]
Notes[edit]
In 3097 an unknown member of Bloodhouse Ghiberti belonging to Clan Wolf's Seventh Battle Cluster was killed in a Trial against Clan Diamond Shark. It is unknown if this was Lorenzo, but he was the only known Ghiberti to be among Clan Wolf.[5]
