Louanda Vargus was one of the best-known fortune-tellers of Solaris City.[1]

She owned Vargus' Fortunes in Rowe since 3047 and had a long list of clients. She was known for her uncanny knack for accurate predictions of the future, and even MechWarriors went there to seek any advantage they could get. Some Stables considered themselves to be Vargus' patrons. She was missing an eye, rumored to be due to an unhappy customer.[1]
